I9-9980XE Korean Delid Technique

After watching Der8auer lost his unit one week ago using his delid tool (https://youtu.be/NgRIGKb90UM) yesterday I saw a bunch of Korean guys deliding their unit successfully but unfortunately I can't understand not even a single word of what are they saying (https://youtu.be/zX6ckHAr0Mg). What is the best technique to delid the 9980xe as safely as possible ?

I do think der8auer is right here not to attempt to delude this series as you do run the risk of killing it in the processor.

Unlike the older chips which have TIM paste this chip is soldered! It will require a lot more force to sheer the bond and heating it to the point of melting of the Indium you run the risk of damaging the small SMT components either way.

I don't see enough benefit thermally doing this.
