Sorry for the late reply, I've been away.
Does this occur on any of the different water levels available?
Does it also occur on the rinse cycle, you didn’t say?
If it does I’m wondering if the washer timer shown as Control panel part #19 (click on Control panel parts diagram) is the problem.
It appears to be an electro-mechanical type of timer, so perhaps there is a problem with the contacts in the timer that are operated to enable the water inlet solenoids at the start of a cycle, or perhaps the cams are worn in the timer motor drive assembly causing it to behave this way.

Hi @ne8354 ,
Have you checked which part of the cycle seems to be taking an extra long time, e.g. initial filling, agitating, rinsing (which is filling again) or final spinning?
If it is the filling (or rinsing) have you tried either a cold wash or a hot wash only to check if it is faster and that the water is flowing adequately into the machine and not just dribbling in?
Have you tried different wash cycles to check if it occurs on all wash cycle types?
What have you checked?
What is the full model number of the washer?

The model number of the washer is 110.21292012
One thing that seems to me unusual happens at the beginning of each cycle.
First, the filling for about 2 minutes, water seems to flow at a good rate, no obstructions. Then everything stops for about 20 minutes. then, another fill for about 15 seconds and it stops again for about 15 minutes or so. The full cycle will take a little over 2 hours for a large load at any temperature setting.

I am also experiencing this same issue but mine is model 110-21102011...it’s really causing issues. We can’t even put soap in or load clothes while it’s filling with water unless the lid is locked too...
