The hose that goes from the brush head to the handle is broken and I can’t disassemble the pivot piece of plastic to replace it

You do not have to take apart the pivot section. Just follow the steps on this website for headlight replacement until step seven. make sure you have a t20 security bit driver. the rest is simple.

Thank you James Collins. We had not a clue what type of security driver that one screw took. Really appreciate the help!
