Is it possible to fix a phone that was broken few years ago because sea salt water got inside?

Hi @zhanibek ,
By now it most probably has been corroded beyond all recovery.
Sea water is very corrosive.
Use the Xiaomi Mi Note Repair guides to open the phone to see what condition it is in.
The battery will definitely have to be replaced as no doubt after all this time it will have been depleted beyond recovery.
