Other mini’s I have seen have divots to put your fingers in to turn the cover. Mine, however, does not. It also lacks the two dots that show you how to line up the cover when putting it back on.
How do I remove this cover?

I’m suspecting your Mac mini is a different model than the 2010 you selected. Your cover looks like the new 2018 model and this is how it is taken off Remplacement du couvercle inférieur du Mac mini fin 2018

You are so right, I don't know why I thought it was a 2010. Serial lookup said 2014. I thought about just prying it, but often that's a bad idea...
