I have a Hp Envy x2 detachable 12-e0xx laptop/tablet and I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade its ram from 4gb to 8 and If it is possible to upgrade the storage on it besides using an micro sd card.

No, unfortunately you can not upgrade the memory to 8 GB. The ram is already soldered on the board.
Attention, this model is not easy to open.
About the memory card, yes, you can use a memory card to extend your pc stockage. at this moment you can do it by the settings of windows 10. Settings >> storage >> change where new content is saved >> choose your SD CARD

Assuming this is the HP Envy x2 12-e091ms this uses on board memory and flash storage so it is not possible to upgrade either the ram or storage on this device.
