So i just got my iPhone 8 Screen replaced and now it's hard to type on the screen, and when i type it starts glitching. How can i fix this? Please help!

It’s most likely a bad screen. Have you ensured if any gold exposed contacts on the ribbon flex are covered with black / yellow kapton tape (sticky tape will do too)? These can short out against the metal plate that goes behind the screen.

Well you might have that problem if you had used a cheap aftermarket LCD screen.
