brush roll not coming on, no red or green light
why did brush roller just stopped working. the red and green light on head not on, belt is fine, no blockage.

Thanks...appreciate your response...I did refer to the manual that said if the machine doesn't start up it can be reset by laying the handle end flat to the roller head...raise it up, turn it on, it should work...it did.
