Will an iPad 5 Digitizer work on an iPad Air 1st generation?
I know the iPad Air 1st generations digitizer will work on the ipad 5 but what about the other way around ?

Yes.
think they come with the iPad air 1 home button preinstalled depending on where you buy it from. o unless the replacement digitizer is being installed onto the iPad 5 no need to remove the home button already installed on there.
