When someone calls me, they can hear me but I can’t hear them. When I make a phone call the speaker option is grayed out so I’m not able to put the phone on speaker. When I connect my earphones is doesn’t recognize them and instead it continues to play the music through the speaker

That is the issues of audio ic that can be fixed by hardware.
