Hi,
What is the model number of the laptop?
If you have Win 10 installed you can press Win + Shift + s keys (all 3 keys together) and then click on the image on the screen and move the mouse around the area that you wish to copy and then paste it into whatever document or program etc using Edit > paste in the menus of the program
OR
Just press the Print Screen key on the keyboard and then open the program, document etc and paste into where you want it.
