Hi,

Have you proved that the problem is a hardware problem and not a software problem related to the WiFi feature, you didn’t say?

If not, first try wiping the cache partition and check if this resolves the problem.

If still not working properly, try starting the tablet in safe mode and check if the WiFi works OK or not.

To start in safe mode:

First turn off the tablet.

Press and hold the Power button until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the Power button.

Then quickly press the Volume Down button and hold it for few seconds until you see the message that Safe mode is On.

To disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see Safe mode is Off.

If it works OK when in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem.

The trick is to find out which one. You’ll need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the tablet in normal mode to check if it works OK. Once it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.

Start by uninstalling any downloaded apps that were installed or updated around the time that the problem started

I'm sure that it was the hardware problem, before I flash my tablet the wifi works just fine, but after I flashed it due to bootloop it doesn't work at all. Do you know what is the type off the wifi ic? Does it has a high risk if I replace it with new one?

Hi,

It is unusual for firmware to actually physically damage hardware.

The hardware not working is a different matter as the software could be causing the problem.

Did you try the diagnostics for the tablet? Especially the diagnostics for the "system"?

Was this the firmware that you installed?
