Where can I get a replacement screen

Hi,

Try opening the player and check if there is a part number on the back of the LCD display.

If so ‘Google” the part number and check for any results. You may be lucky

Another option to consider is to look on places such as this to find inexpensive players that you can use as a donor to salvage the screen part from. It may be an easier option than trying to find a new replacement part.

Look for those that are listed as parts only and then determine,if the price is OK, whether or not to take the gamble that the screen is OK and that there is another problem with the player.
