Dropped MacBook Pro, white screen, no image to external monitor

I dropped my MacBook pro, there is no physical damage I can see such as cracked screen or anything. The screen has been white ever since. When I power it down and start it back up the screen is white but I do hear the apple chime. I did open it up to see if any of the connections were loose such as the LCD cable and everything seemed intact. I also hooked up an HDMI cable to an external monitor and nothing showed up. I’ve done some of the smc resets and stuff but nothing has helped.
