Mac wont charge and wont turn on

Yesterday my mac works fine and suddenly shutdown

I tried turn on again but it wont then i try to charge, when i charge the mag safe light will turn on green/amber but now when i charge there is no light at all

Is this the sign to replace my battery or my logic board?
