Water spilled, MacBook works only with charger plugged in
hello, i will keep it short, my little sister spilled small amount of water on my mac and initially there was loud fan sound. We let it dry for 2 weeks and at that point fan back to normal. It powers up and seems to work fine on power/charger but does not recognize battery. Have reformatted hard drive and reinstalled OS, but still working only with charger plugged in, i used my life savings on this laptop for my designing school and I’m still a student on a budget and can’t afford to fix it at apple store, what should I do? please help
