what is wrong with my laptop. it powers on once. then doesnt want to power on again until i disconnect the battery, power supply. and while holding the power button for 30 seconds. then it would power on once again.

What you’re doing is resetting the BIOS back to default values to get it to start correctly again. This is normally only necessary if the BIOS has become corrupted.
It may be that there is a problem with the RTC (Real Time Clock aka CMOS) coin cell battery on the motherboard.
This battery maintains the BIOS settings when the laptop is switched off. It is a non-rechargeable Lithium battery (usually a common CR2032 - available most places). They usually have a lifespan of ~5-7 years.
Here’s the owner manual. Go to p.38 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the battery so that the battery’s voltage can be checked. If it is <2.6V DC replace it.
Remember the orientation of the battery before removal so that you know how to re-insert it if OK (or a fresh replacement -advised if it is the original) back into the battery holder. Usually it is +ve on top
Reassemble the laptop and check if the problem has been resolved. You may have to reset the date and time after it has started but only the first time. This is normal.
