Hi,
You didn’t specify the year model of the bike so here is the parts diagram for the rear brake caliper for a 2015 model.
Part #11 - Part # 43132-KT7-761 is the Boot- sleeve. Hopefully this is what you meant
Search online using the part number only, to get suppliers that suit you.
Use the above website to find the parts for your year model if the above model isn’t the right one just to make sure, as the part numbers may be different.
