Hi! I ordered my new battery through your website for my V7 animal Dyson vacuum. The battery doesn’t fit. How can I return this? I have a V7 but there was no option for that here

Are you sure that you ordered a vacuum cleaner battery from ifixit?
Looking at the parts sold by ifixit there is no listing for it.

So my order history says I ordered the V6 battery. Yes i got it from ifixit

I have the same issue. I ordered a V7 battery but it does not fit.

I had this problem with my v7 battery as well, doesn't fit in quite right.
I opened the bdump bucket at the bottom, then screwed the two bottom screws in. I was able to fit it that way.
