Repair Unibody rear cover stripped screw threads

I bought a used 17" Unibody. It's great, but it has a stripped screw thread in the Unibody. It's only one screw missing (I have the screw) so it isn't too much bother.

Is it possible to repair? Where can I get replacement or next larger screws if I need them?

Can I change to star/torx screws? The current screw is #0.
