Motherboard connection quiestion: J2 socket

Could someone confirm if the motherboard silk screen marking J2 is the touch digitizer? (or for the touch screen inputs) My X1C doesn’t seem to have that connected and doesn’t have a touch screen. I wanted to change my non-touch screen to a touch screen but don’t seem to have that cable.

I decided to change to a touch screen as well since the keyboard was damaged (qwas keys stopped working… probably spilled milk on it) and I have to more-a-less dismantle the entire system to replace the keyboard.
