over heating and battery drain in sleep mode

Hi Guys, I have a 2019 Mackbook pro touch-bar, its model A1990. when I close the Lid to have it sleep it goes very hot and drains its battery to zero percent. I had a little liquid damage recently but that was only on the trackpad and had the Haptic engine, causing the haptic to work sometimes and not work other times,i cleaned it out and its fine now. i’ve taken out the board and eye inspected for any damages , nothing,

and also one of the type c ports {first on the left} isn’t working , I replaced it and still the same thing , one works the other doest, please id appreciate some advice for you amazing people
