Why is fan staying on after replacing hard drive mid 2010 Mac mini?
I replaced hard drive in mid 2010 Mac mini and now fan runs continuously and full speed? What is the fix?

Sounds like one of the thermal sensors was not reconnected. Check the two sensor connections as seen in Step 13 in this guide Remplacement du disque dur du Mac mini mi-2010
You may need to run the on board diagnostics if they appear connected. Restart your system, press the D key to enter.
