Found the Primary DNS Problem

Hello, I found the Primary DNS Problem from some days back. Firstly I think this may be the Internet Connectivity issue. but when I try to browse something on a different PC, the Internet works fine, I am very frustrated about this, I searched many of the videos on Youtube. and also do reset my Router as well, but the problem is the same as previous. i am not able to understand what is the issue. Please help me to out this, waiting for Your Suggestion?

Here’s one possible way to fix the DNS server errors on Windows 10.

Download the latest driver for your network adapter from the HP website and install it on your laptop.

Once installed then delete the driver in Device Management , restart your PC.

When your PC restarts, the default network driver will be installed.

Is the problem is resolved ?

Have you checked the host file on the machine to see if there are local additions overwriting your isp dns servers?

Let’s start here :

  1. On Windows 10 type cmd in the search box to open a command console.
  2. ipconfig /all – displays more information about the network setup on your systems including the MAC address.
  3. Then post the results here and we can begin troubleshooting what may be occurring.

Hi @sanojsharma717 you can type the following command on the Command Prompt.

IPCONFIG/ALL

and then press enters, this will display more settings of the Network setup of the computer with the MAC Address.
