Broken screen Fitbit Sense
Hi I have broken the screen on my Fitbit Sense can this be replaced or do I have to get a whole new watch ?

Hi, the display can be replaced. It âs the first thing out when opening the watch. Although it is quite cumbersome to get it open.

where can we buy a new display for the FitBit Sense?

So Iâve talked with fitbit about this numerous times and to be frank, theyâre awful. They offer no solutions and instead repeatedly suggest you simply buy a new watch. Do yourself a favor and get an applewatch instead.

It is remarkeble how weak the screen of the Fitbit Sense is - I just softly touches a tile in my bathroom and the screen was cracked! Indeed, DON'T buy this device, buy an Apple iWatch or Samsung Smart Watch! I chat and e-mailed to Fitbit Support several time, but they don't offer solutions, the only thing they say is buy a new one! So USD 299 down the drain in 8 months.
If they can fix or replace an Apple Watch screen, why would a Fitbit Sense screen be that different? Itâs pretty sad that there are no options for screen repair when the screen DOES crack easily and the âcoversâ they offer as âscreen protectorsâ will get moisture on the inside and then you canât see the screen anyways.
Terrible to not have service options for such a âpriceyâ item! Especially when the Apple Watch Series 7 or greater, (similarly priced) is FAR superior to the Fitbit Sense. I have a Sense, and chose to buy an Apple Watch instead of another $300 SenseâŠSO happy Iâve made the decision! The Apple Watch has FAR more features and if you have an iPhone it controls the phone & vice versa, very easy to synchronize and put on your wrist and use.
If Fitbit chooses not to offer repair options and instead actually TELLS customers to just go buy another watch, save yourself the time & money and buy an Apple Watch firstâŠyou wonât be looking for âscreen repairâ 6 months laterâŠ

@jewelsy fit bit screens are replaceable and quite easily to be honest. No harder than a apple watch screen. Suppliers stock them so easily accessible.
What would an average cost be?
Everything Iâve read online says youâve got to use a 3rd party vendor to fix it, like an âyou break I fixâ type place. Fitbit doesnât repair the screen so youâd have to find a vendor or buy a new one. Bummer too, Iâve had my sense for 4 years and just recently cracked the screen. đą Iâm going to look for a vendor, will update if I have any luck.
