Right side speak stopped working

Speaker on the right does not work after having followed the instructions for the dual drive setup Installation d'un second disque dans l'iMac Intel 21,5" EMC 2428

I have checked in Mac preferences the slider to adjust the pan.

Any suggestions?

Options

Try swapping the cables between the two on the logic board.
