MacBook screen blue (no apple logo) after replacing bezel front trim

So I had replaced the bottom strap on screen (where name of MacBook is) and now my MacBook switches on to dark blue screen. No logo, no chime, no nothing on screen, caps lock works. What could be wrong. Did I over heat anything? Nothing seems to be broken nor ripped from "ribbons" at the bottom of screen, I just can't get it to load regular screen. During process of heating the aeria I saw laptop booted and screen was while with login, flickering and came back to colored and normal so I switched it off and finished and now nothing.

I tried reseting Command+Option+P+R keys together nothing.

Any help and hints much appreciate it.

Ouch! Sounds like you were a bit aggressive with the heat gun and/or damaged the cables. The T-CON board is very close to the hinge area as you can see here.

Do you guys think apple would be able to replace just the T-CON Board or also will they go for whole LCD?

par

@absolutelyfabfad - Apple will only replace the full assembly, which includes the T-CON board as that is hardwired to the LCD panel.
