No image after HDMI & IC Retimer replacement

System had no image. Replaced HDMI port & IC Retimer ( 3 ) times. Not bad chips/ports. Still no image. No blue or white light. Is there a possible “other” repairable issue? What am I missing.

If there is no blue or white light then it’s not booting or doesn’t have power.
