Check the printer settings in your computer.
Select Print in Grayscale to print your documents in B & W.
Here’s the user manual. Go to p.102-103 to see the procedure.

Of course, by applying the Grayscale command, you usually get a black and white image on the screen(RGB Mode) and 8 bits(In each of the 4 color channels in CMYK mode) so when printing(even with Grayscale command in CMYK mode), the printer still uses 4 colors to produce it.
I mean black and white printing in such a way that the printer does not use any of the three colors of cyan, magenta and yellow when printing .
If you are good at working with Photoshop, you must first open your image in Photoshop. There are commands to make the image black and white when printed in that program.
So if you mean what I said and if you are a little good at working with Photoshop, I can write the instructions for you in Photoshop in the next answer.
