Hello, a white line appeared at the bottom of my screen. The brightness doesn't adjust with the remainder of the screen and it is visible even during startup. The phone did not fall and is in it's protective casing. What could have caused this and how do I fix it please?

Hi,
This is a common symptom of a damaged OLED panel. Are you able to send some photos?
Unfortunately, there is no other way to fix this other than replacing the whole screen. On this model, the replacement parts are pretty expensive and if you want genuine parts they almost cost the same as a new device.

Why my oppo a5s have this same problem? It's just IPS and I don't remove the protector... What should I do? There's no crack etc ony screen...Can you help me
