Hi I was looking on Digi-Key for the component in the title and I just need confirmation that the link below is the component

@hellomacos - What is 5% of zero?

I really don't see that as an issue. This is nothing but a jumper which if to much current flows blows first which is why the 1/16W is the critical value. Wire and even the copper traces all have some resistance so you won't get an absolute zero anyways!
