It seems like the radio is not detecting the disk. May be a dirty/ worn out lens

Assuming a dirty lens, any suggestions for removing the cd so I proceed to clean?
You can try and use this guide https://www.wikihow.com/Remove-a-Stuck-C.... don’t know if it works on escape but can’t hurt to try @charlie102754
