MacBook won’t charge after water bottle spill on backpack

Hello, While ok the way home I noticed my water bottle was open and make my bag wet, both my computer and charger were in the bag, when i got home the computer was not wet at all, only on the surface but when i tried to put it to charge it the green light didn’t turn on, i’ve put it upside down to dry it now and i’ll wait until tomorrow but can anyone tell me what’s the best thing to do in this situation?

You really need to open the system up to drive out the system! This of it this way a wet rag in a closed plastic tub won't get dry, but it will mildew or get moldy! Here we are concerned about corrosion damage.

If you can't do it you'll need to find someone with the needed tools to help you as you want to dry your system as quickly as possible. One rub here is what was in the drink even straight water is not pure H2O its loaded with minerals and when the water (H2O) drys the minerals stay behind just like how a spill of coffee leaves a ring! You'll need to wipe not the surfaces as you don't want the residue to slowly eat your system!
