My rear disk brake not working properly..how to repair it?

Bike havung rear disk break..i have added brake fluid..and even new break pads..but break is still lose..how to make it tight..

need proper bleeding. Brake not feel tight when you push, it's cause air bubble in hose.

or maybe you can check that hose, sometimes old hose can expand because breaks synthetic fibre.
