When I open my laptop it showing like in the video. Should I need to buy new laptop. My laptop become white and more white but if I joined to TV I can see clearly.
My English skill is bad . Please understand what I mean. 🙏❤️❤️ My laptop is not the selected one in question

I don't think that the display is broken.
It seems more like that it is not booting into Windows. The HP logo is there so it passed POST with a display OK and the circle of dots underneath it are still seen to be spinning, which to me indicates that it is stalling somewhere in the loading process..
it could be something as simple as corrupted video drivers.

You’re display is broken. You just need to replace it. What is your laptop’s model,
