Marco UP6/E 12/24v problem when the pump is not used long period

Dear Sirs,

When the pump is not used for long period -winter or more than one mount when start operating when you close the water tape the LED goes red and pump need to be restarted or to wait to reset.This happened many times and after pump start to operate normally.Haw can be solved this problem ?

Tried reviewing the questions in the side bar for help? One question addresses the red led indicator as possible pump blockage, wiring or worn out motor.
