Screen Flickering Problem With High Brightness

My MacBook Air Early 2020 had this problem a year ago that still is a problem right now. When I try to watch a 4K video or anything that puts it on load the screen starts flickering or when I turn up the brightness too high it also started flickering, the only temporary solution is putting it on a VERY cold AC vent. Anyone know what might be the problem?
