Why is my denon flashing after I crank the volume a little.?

I actually have a denon RCD-M38 but it’s not listed on here but when i turn it on play a disk and crank it higher then 13-15 volume it turns off and blinks red. please help i’m doing this for my dad. i might of wired it wrong but idk
