Headphones have stopped charging

Sennheiser HD 4.50

Released January 2017, the Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC headphones are Bluetooth, over the ear headphones.

I tried to recharge my headphones yesterday and noticed the red light would not come on that indicates they are charging

I tried different usb c cables and plugs. I also cleaned the usb c port on the headphones in case there was a connection issue

The red light will come on for no more than 20 seconds before going out again.

Each usb c cable and plug I try is working with other devices so I'm sure it's not an issue with them.

I've had no problems charging before yesterday and had the headphones for about 2 years

Options

Try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.

Search online for AHB622540N01 battery (supplier example only) to find suppliers that suit you best.
