Can I upgrade my RAM and m.2 to make the comp faster?
Is there any way I can get this laptop to be a 16GB model, and have 1TB of storage (M.2 based)?
If there is, what ram should I get?

Unfortunately, the RAM is soldered on. Unless you know how to remove and replace chips on a board, this is impossible.
