Hi
Just like with all water damage please don’t try and turn it on unless for testing purposes as it can make the issue worse:-)
What I would recommend doing here is taking the device apart and having a good look for where the water got in,the sooner this is done the greater chance you have of your device working again!
Once inside and you have find where the water has gotten in ,carefully clean the effected area(there’s usually corrosion where the water got in)with isopropyl alcohol until the parts and boards are water and corrosion free
After making sure no other parts were effected you can plug it in and test but if it still doesn’t work ,it will need board level repair which isn’t easy unless you have experience in that sort of field
Here’s a disassembly guide

And here’s a water damage guide(this one if a iPod but it’s the same process for resolving water damage)

Hopefully this helps
Any questions please ask
Thanks:-)
