White light flashes but wont power up!!! power button was held 1min repeatedly still nothing???

Try a power refresh and check if this resolves the problem.
Remove the battery from the phone and then press and hold the Power On button operated for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reinsert the battery, replace the back cover and then try turning on the phone.
