Dyson V11 torque drive brand new heads not spinning

Make sure you have charged it fully
Try putting the heads directly onto the vacuum itself and see if the heads will work. if there's a defect in the wand wiring they won't turn.
Check to see that the everything is firmly clipped into place Dysons assemble very positively with audible clicks.
There may also be a setting on your V11 that turns off the brush heads.

Because your unit is new, I think this is likely a setting, or assembly problem or a defective part. Because both heads don't work, I suspect a setting and then I suspect the wand wiring.
