My UX301LA comes with M.2-SATA 256GB SSD by 128G x2 in raid 0
While I found that the SSDs of UX301LA are M2 2260 type instead of M2 2280
Recently I was looking around on Amazon & eBay but seems there's no any 256 / 512 / 1TB M2-SATA SSD exists :(

Hi,
Crucial has a 250GB and 500GB M.2 2260 sata SSD if that's any help. Part # CT250MX200SSD6 & CT500MX200SSD6 respectively.
Search online using the part number to find suppliers that suit you best, although there's not too many around with stock
