Have you tried charging the phone using a different, known working, compatible charger/charger cable or connecting the phone to the USB port of a computer to see if it charges?
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the phone's charge port enclosure to see if it may be blocked with lint or other debris causing a bad electrical connection. Also check that the pins in the port are all OK and not damaged etc.
If there seems to be some blockage in the port enclosure, do not use a pin or metal probe to try and clear it. Try removing it using a vacuum cleaner instead. If still no good, try a sharpened wooden toothpick to gently clean it out.
If the port enclosure seems clear and undamaged it may be a faulty charge port board connection or module. Here's a video that shows how to open the phone and so that you can check the connection and replace the charge port flex module if necessary.
Replacements are available online. Just search for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite charge port board (examples only) to find suppliers that suit you best.

Ho lo stesso problema di philiohnsabado, ho controllato lo stato del connettore di ricarica ed è pulito, il caricatore utilizzato lo utilizzo per la ricarica di altri smartphone, quindi non ha problemi, ho lasciato lo Mi11lite per oltre un giorno in carica, anche utilizzando un monitor di ricarica, la corrente di ricarica risulta molto bassa.
Prima del blocco lo smartphone, funzionava perfettamente, non avevo riscontrato nessun problema sulla carica della batteria, durante l'uso si è bloccato, l'ho spento e da allora non si è più riacceso, anche provando a fare l'accensione con volume- + accensione!
