Do I need to change the battery or something else.
I bought a MacBook Pro M1 2020 as a bargain. The diagnostic error check came with PPP 007. When I switch on the laptop, the battery is 1% and it won’t charge even though I’m using the charger that came with the laptop. On the

On CoconutBattery;
macOS Battery status- Check battery.
My question does it mean I need a battery replacement or ?

@ashishkhedkar - I would just replace the battery, give this a read Remplacement de la batterie du MacBook Pro 13" deux ports Thunderbolt fin 2020 it’s not very hard and it’s a lot cheaper than what the Apple or AASP will charge as they aren’t allowed to replace the battery alone (why I can’t answer).
Just take your time lifting the battery out and use just a little solvent at a time as you pull on the battery.
