2 different HDMI ports uploaded with the question
The first one fits with the PS4 body but the HDMI port legs doesn't that is why i placed the other one which it doesn't fit with the body but the port legs fits normally
The blue light of death appears after that
Cannot go to the safe mode
The pep always turns the ps4 off, and also i have changed the hard drive but nothing happened

sorry but i can't really understand what your trying to say about something not fitting because of the port legs, can you add photos so i can try and work it out

Okay i will try to take some photos to explain it more
Check the new photo added to the post
You can see the port legs fits to the board legs but in the other HDMI port its legs doesn't fit with the board legs
Hopefully i delivered the idea correctly

I don't follow. 1000 and 1100 fats use one type of HDMI port and 1200/Slim/Pro uses another. Just use the port made for the console in question.
Without an image of any damage that may have been done, it's hard to help. Why was the HDMI port replaced to begin with?

The customer brought the ps4 with the HDMI already disassembled
Someone was working on it
But the HDMI port legs that he gave me with the console doesn't fit with the board legs i don't know why that is why i replaced the HDMI port with the other one
So do i have to replace the HDMI port again with the fat ones ?

@mahmoudsh yes it will need replaced with a fat port as the pins on a slim / pro port are reversed
