xbox 360 was playing games then all the sudden froze. it did this twice so i didnt play for a few days. then when i went to turn it on again 3 of the red rings turned on. the top left, bottom left and bottom right. what is wrong with my xbox 360?

Looks like a General Hardware Failure.

The most common reason for this is that the solder connection from either the GPU or CPU is interrupted. A variation of the RROD. You can either try to use the RROD kit from here Kit de réparation pour Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death or to reflow your board. Best and more permanent fix would be to reball it. Of course, do not forget that Microsoft may also repair your Xbox. If you have not cracked it open yet, you might want to give them a call and see what they have to say. Good Luck.
how do you re flow the board?
Check on here Reflowing Xbox 360 Motherboard or do a search on Google ;-) plenty of tips and tricks out there.
ok well i tried redoing the thermopaste again and the red rings went away now the system freezes about 5 min after i turn it on
I would imagine that it freezes due to overheating. You may be looking for a bigger repair.
I dot have a answer i have a question. I have 3 rigs o mine now so do i let it sit for a long time or is it overheating?
