Yes i know but i think its not the problem. Atleast not because of dust or cooling paste. Yesterday it worked fine. I did trace repair on hdmi. ( maybe i did something wrong there) or that broken piece in the photo. (Is it also possible it overheats with shrt circuit or because that see photo component or trace is missing?.

The only time it will overheat that quickly is if the APU clamp is loose or upside down.
Also, you shouldn't turn it on without the other motherboard sandwich plate present. The RAM chips have thermal pads on them and rely on that plate being present to dissipate heat.
