Try gently pressing the SD card into the player and then release it and check if it springs back out far enough to grab it to pull it out.
If this works then you can insert a new micro SD card (up to 32GB).
The card only goes in one way so check the location of the gold contacts at the end of the original card (top or underside) as it comes out.
Push the new card in until it clicks in.
